​How Do I Place An Order?

 

Found something(s) you love? Great! First, place the product(s) you want to order in your shopping cart by clicking on the big green "add to cart" button, usually to the right of the product image. Then, whenever you're done shopping, click "Proceed to Checkout" and follow the easy instructions to complete your order. If you have a problem placing your order please contact our Customer Service Department via email at shiningstarzjewelry.com, someone will respond within 24 hours.

 

Payment and Shipping

 

Before we ship your order, we just need to get your credit approved. Our Customer Service department may contact you for additional information, but only if needed.

For your security, high value orders may require a signature upon delivery. If you can't be available to sign for your package, please be sure that an adult who is authorized to sign for your package will be available at the designated shipping address.

You'll receive an email notification the day your order has been shipped with a confirmation.

In the event that your order can't be shipped, we'll contact you within 2 business days to let you know why your shipment has been held up.

Returns & Refunds
